Privacy policy
Draft aligned with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), for review by counsel before launch.
What we collect
Your name, e-mail, optional mobile number, bookings, payments and reviews. Card and e-wallet details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
Who sees it
A park sees the contact details and history of bookings you make with that park only. Parks cannot see your bookings at other parks. Platform administrators access park data only when needed for support or compliance, and that access is logged.
Your choices
Reminder, marketing and analytics preferences are in your account. Location is used only when you tap "parks near me" and is not stored. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from the account page.
Retention
Booking and payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes (currently 10 years under Philippine bookkeeping rules), with your personal details removed if you delete your account. Sessions expire after 30 days of inactivity.
